If you're in Racine, you have to swing by Tulip Tavern Their spritz menu is stacked, their lineup of Russians is wild (so many to choose from ), and yep... FREE skee-ball Cozy vibes, super welcoming energy, and genuinely great service....such a fun addition to the Racine scene! Price per person: $20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
