We are, however, quite surprised by the overall picture painted by your review, as it differs significantly from the feedback given to our team during your meal.You did indeed mention your disappointment with the lamb, and on this point, we fully acknowledge your feedback. The texture you describe is not what we aim to serve and suggests an issue with the cooking. We sincerely apologise for this and have passed it on to our kitchen team.However, when our team specifically asked about the rest of your meal, the feedback given at the table was very positive. This makes descriptions such as “inedible” and “no real taste at all” surprising to read afterwards.We would also like to clarify the misunderstanding regarding the drinks. Two limoncello spritzes and one pastis were ordered and therefore served separately. Only afterwards did we understand that the pastis was intended to be mixed into one of the spritzes — an unusual combination here in France, which simply resulted in a misunderstanding rather than an incorrect order being served.Finally, we were a little suprised by the comparison with the neighbouring restaurant, as we're not quit sure how it relates to your experience with us. Every restaurant has its own identity and atmosphere, and guests are of course free to choose the one that best suits what they are looking for. We are always attentive to constructive feedback and take it seriously whenever an aspect of the experience falls short of our standards. We are genuinely sorry that your experience did not fully meet your expectations and hope these few clarifications provide some additional context to your visit.Tulli Team
