The Worse Fish fry we ever had. Apparently came in frozen . Fish was watery No substance. And quite salty! French fries soggy . So much sodium My husband has a bad heart and his heart is still racing. That's $42 into the garbage for two fish fries. I did call and complain. I was promised a $67 gift card since they did not want to give me a refund. It's been now over a month and they're still not abiding by their promise. The local manager Steven. He's really trying but he's not getting far ahead with management. 2 weeks later. I called Tully's several times and I emailed the corporate office. A week later I called. The person at the desk said that they did receive my complaint and that she handed over to her boss but she hasn't heard anything yet. This was last week. I called today and my phone call wouldn't go through. I use my husband's phone and someone answered. Was i blocked? I added that we also had the macaroni and cheese for $16.99 and it was quite greasy and those little nuggets( maybe breading) did not melt no taste - I asked for my $62 back. If they could please refund it and they are completely ignoring me. The Tully's Jefferson road and the corporate office. Worse customer service we ever experience.
