As we are a Northern Indian restaurant, we specialize in dishes from Maharastra, and the northern regions of India. We, on occasion, will offer south Indian dishes at our special buffets. All of our sauces and dishes are made from scratch and unfortunately our kitchen size does not allow us to have a giant menu. Our chefs focus upon trying to create the most authentic recipes done well with the freshest ingredients. We do offer a couple of fusion dishes. To your confusion regarding the naans/roti - the roti is actually quite different from the naan starting with the ingredients. Our roti is a whole wheat flat bread similar looking to a tortilla , while the naan is fluffy, white bread similar to a pita. We hope you enjoy your exploration of the regional foods of India.
