After a walk around Brickell Avenue Bridge, many visitors stop by this bar. You will be served nicely cooked steaks, scrambled eggs and chicken. TULUM Rooftop Bar & Restaurant offers good pudding. A lot of visitors order delicious coffee.
Sitting on the veranda, you can enjoy a great view. The competent staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Fast service is something visitors appreciate here. Many guests highlight that the dishes are offered for reasonable prices. You will certainly enjoy the charming atmosphere. But this place is not highly estimated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Never eat anything there! I got food poisoning!!! I went to the restaurant for lunch today. The location is nice and also the waiters are very nice. I ate a chicken ceacer salad. Shortly after, I got a very bad stomach ache and felt extremely bad and nauseous. I'm here on vacation and even had to go back to my accommodation because I was so sick. It's now 4 o'clock in the morning and I've already thrown up 2 times now. Never eat there! I was allowed to pay 45€ for the salad.... I just spent my 50 birthday at the W I found myself at the Tulum my first day and I felt like family the whole time I stayed in Miami me and my wife Dionne the atmosphere was absolutely beautiful the staff are wonderful. I wrote a few of them up(side joke ) but they were the best. This place is a must go to and the staff are definitely family now. Me and my wife will definitely be back because of this restaurant we made good friends George, Romeo and the handsome bartender I met first that made my day. We will always revisit this Miami Gem Thank you Tulum staff for making a girl's 50th Birthday the Best ever much love to all of them ... MIss Jazz and Wife Dionne. Maybe we'll be back for our 2nd Honeymoon. Tulum at the W Miami is an absolute gem, and it’s largely because of the exceptional people running the place. From the moment we arrived, Romel, George, and Francisco made us feel genuinely welcomed. Their professionalism and personable approach set the tone for an excellent evening. What really stood out was their knowledge and care beyond the usual bartending and service. They shared fascinating local history about the area, including details about upcoming development and a construction project on the horizon. They even told us an interesting story about the name of the restaurant and how it came to be, which gave us deeper insight into the place and their passion for what they do. It’s clear they’re invested in their community and genuinely interested in engaging with guests on a deeper level. The food is amazing. Everything we had was delicious and perfectly prepared, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is perfectly relaxed while maintaining a high level of polish. The views are spectacular, you can see the ocean from the rooftop, and there’s a beautiful church visible from the bar area, which adds to the character of the space. Everything was impeccably clean and well maintained. What really impressed me was how Romel, George, and Francisco treated my daughter. As a kind gesture, they even treated her to a virgin drink. They made her feel valued and welcomed throughout the visit, just like they did with us. That kind of genuine hospitality speaks volumes about a place. The staff here are true gems who clearly represent the best of the best. They know exactly how to treat people well and make you want to come back. I’ll absolutely be returning, and I’d recommend Tulum to anyone looking for great drinks, amazing food, incredible views, and most importantly, authentic hospitality from people who genuinely care.
