We stayed in edinburgh for a weekend, this place is just outside the city center. The food was amazing and the music was really romantic at that time, it just goes to show that all the fancy places don't necessarily fit the moment but this place did exactly that Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What a terrible experience! A young lad had obviously been left on his own with insufficient training in the menu or hygiene. He kept having to call someone on his mobile to ask how to make burritos, and went from operating the till, to handling his phone (multiple times), to reaching his hand into the very pink meat, to reaching into the vegetarian items without ever changing his gloves. The meat was undercooked which made the whole thing taste bad. It took what seemed like 10 minutes for him to make one burrito, only then did he turn to the second person in our party to take their order. We asked for a refund, but that took so long and we had to provide bank details that only one of us got refunded - we couldn't stand to wait any longer, so we paid for a burrito that was inedible and was left behind. Whoever runs this place should be reprehended for allowing such an inadequately trained staff member to handle food, and for leaving him on his own.
