We do apologize but wing night does get very busy and we only have two fryers. There's a bar side and a dining room side and to go orders that are usually placed days in advance for Mondays. Honestly, and hour to and hour and a half is about par for the corse. We just don't believe in parking our wings and then holding them until they're overcooked and terrible. In all honesty though it wouldn't be any better on any other day. From start to finish when an order comes in we bred them and fry them to order which usually takes a minimum of 40 minutes without any crowd whatsoever. Aside from Full dinners on the weekends wings are definitely the longest cook time because of all of this.
