Finished Rahat-lukum cut into small cubes, which have an elastic consistency, sprinkled with powdered sugar powder. Variety of species of lukum is achieved through the addition of various fruit syrups, but traditional Rahat-lukum is done exclusively with the addition of rose water (a by-product in the production of essential oil of the rose). Rose water gives sweets an easy pink shade and a special exotic taste, thanks to which Rahat-lukum and became popular all over the world.
