Really nice vibe and excellent food! It was amazing, really loved the jerk sausage and the coconut ice cream. The server Josh made sure we was well taken care of and answered all our questions, super duper friendly. Will definitely come again Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best Turtle Bay meal we've ever had and we've been to a fair few. Our server, Joey went above and beyond to make the night great. Excellent customer service! Give this man a raise! Thanks Joey! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

From the moment we walked in, the place had such a great vibe — colourful, lively, and full of energy. The music, décor, and atmosphere instantly made us feel like we were on holiday! The food was amazing — full of flavour, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. The jerk chicken was tender and spicy, the sides were delicious, and the cocktails were spot on (the Raspberry Reggae is a must!). A special shout-out to our waitress, Gabi, who was incredible from start to finish. She was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great time. She gave brilliant menu recommendations and really made the whole time feel special. If you’re looking for delicious food, a fun atmosphere, and top-notch service, I can’t recommend Turtle Bay Cardiff enough. And if you get Gabi as your server, you’re in for a treat — she’s an absolute star! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
