I had an amazing experience at Turtle Bay thanks to the bartender. They were friendly, welcoming, and made sure we were looked after all evening. The drinks were made perfectly, service was quick even when it was busy, and their positive attitude really added to the atmosphere. They were knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. Excellent customer service from start to finish – definitely one of the reasons I’ll be coming back. Visited Turtle Bay Solihull to celebrate my wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the cocktails were badly made (very sour and incorrect), which made me feel unwell and forced us to leave early. Very disappointing experience, especially on such a special occasion.
