You will enjoy its food, particularly nicely cooked bison meat, steaks and meatloaf. Drink the good beer served here. This bar is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. It's always a good idea to experience something new and enjoy the peaceful ambiance. Typical wing joint. A bit over priced for wings. (Also have other food if wings aren't your thing) The service was great. Food tasted good and was a nice looking place. (Still fairly new). Kids liked it.

Every experience I've had with Turtle Jacks has been very positive. Quality of food is always very good and I'm looking forward to celebrating Mother's Day with my family!

Service was incredibly slow. There was one server for our area, which seemed to be reasonable as the restaurant wasn't very crowded, but I don't know if he was also serving other areas because it's hard to see from the shape of the place. We arrived at 6:30, one person from our group, arrived a bit late, but was there by 6:40. We constantly had to flag down the waiter to get drinks and order. Even a glass of water took him about 15 to 20 minutes to bring to our table. We left at 9:15 PM, after a long wait for our bills and then a bill mixup. We saw people who arrived and ordered after us getting their meals and leaving around the time we finally got our meal. Finished our meals probably around 815, and stared at our empty dirty plates for another 20 minutes before they were taken away. We told the waiter we might order dessert. He never came back and we finally flagged him down around 9 o'clock, and said we would just take the bills. I don't know if this is a staffing issue or just that particular waiter but it was pretty painful. The food was nice, not inexpensive for sure. Same with cocktails, they were nicely made, fairly pricey. I understand that food costs have increased and they are paying rental for the mall so I did not take it off any stars for that. The low review is all because of the service.
