Have stayed here many times but I have to say the place is quite dated with a few problems. Firstly, the hot water tap in the bathroom sink didn't work and the water pressure in the shower was abysmal. The sofa bed was near impossible putting it back in and pulling it out that my husband broke his toe nail trying to get it back in. It had clearly been damaged over the years with people struggling to put the thing back in. The TV remote did not have a backing, exposing the 2 batteries in there. We came with a baby so you would think they would have fixed thr remote or given us a room that had one that was secured. This was a real hazard. The upside to the place was the cleaning and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. So that was great at least. That will probably be the last time we visit there. Hosted a conference at Estate Tuscany and it was managed extremely well from the beginning through to the finish. Certainly recommend this venue to people look to host a small/medium conference. Food & drinks: The food was great and the Chef was exceptional! Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value
