We had dinner at Tuscolo Rheinbach with 10 people. We sat downstairs and it was very loud. If we come again then upstairs. What's not possible: the toilet can only be reached via stairs. What about disabled or elderly people who rely on a walker or wheelchair??? I don't understand how something like this gets approved.
