Hello Tutti Cafe Team,I am writing to file a complaint regarding my recent visit to your branch. The temperature inside the seating area was uncomfortably hot because the air conditioning was either broken or completely turned off.It is impossible to enjoy food or drinks in this heat, and it creates a poor environment for both customers and your working staff.
