I have some serious regrets about not coming here sooner. I have dined here twice, and each time has been delightful. Last night's meal was killer. The watermelon gazpacho was so complex, and flavorful. Perfect summer soup, with bits of watermelon,crab, and basil. I seriously could have had 8 bowls of just that, and would have been satisfied. The duck, was one of my favorite dishes I've had in Denver. Service was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Tim, Tristan and J.T. were awesome! I'm looking forward to Mr. Osaka's next adventures, but this place will definitely be missed.

Offering great food with the option of grabbing half price wine at the bar at certain times whilst you dine on a Monday night value menu make twelve a pick any time. One star away for the dessert course.

I have to echo some of the earlier comments. The food was excellent in presentation and flavor. The service was iffy at best. The service would pass if it were a sports bar packed with twenty-somethings in LoDo, but not for a restaurant aspiring to fine dining. Worst of all, our waiter added a 20% gratuity without asking or telling us. It was only a table of six, so the auto-gratuity was unwarranted. Sadly for him, we were camped over drinks while waiting for everyone to show up, so we were inclined to tip more that 20%. And not mentioning the tip or indicating it on the bill in any way is just downright shady. But yeah, he disappeared towards the end, as if he wanted us to leave asap. The other waiter had to pick up our payment and explain that the gratuity was already added. We were going to order another round, but went next door instead. For the money, there a many restaurants with equally good food and far better service.
