Looks like a small busy restaurant from ourside but there is a larger room at the back. The food we both had was delicious and the staff were very friendly. We'll return again if in the area. Plenty of staff on duty, prompt service, pleasant waiters/waitresses. Prompt delivery of orders. Food hot on warm plates, accurate to descriptions on menus. Dessert disapointing...had been in the fridge for a long time which affected the taste. Wide choice of menu to suit all tastes. Great atmosphere getting better as more diners arrived. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: £30–40 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking

Thank you very much for the kind review Jayne in regards to food and service sorry to hear about the disappointment for the dessert. We make them in house and all the desserts were made this morning for the weekend so I'm not sure what happened. I do apologise. I will definitely take a look, perhaps the fridge was set too high and affected the taste. I will definitely investigate the issue. Hope to see you again and once more please accept my apologies if everything wasn't perfect. Marco & all the team at Mario's.
