I like Twilight's pork saute I've been going there for about 4 years now. I recently visited the store on November 21, 2023 and ordered pork saute. The moment the sautéed pork was served right in front of me, I was like, Wow! ? I feel like there's something different about how I look. Thinking it was just my imagination, I took a bite and realized, Wow! ? Meat is tough! hard! The selling point was that it was moist and soft! The meat is very tough and the taste of the sauce is also different! The taste was exquisite and impossible to imitate, A sweet and salty flavor that anyone can make... If the taste and texture of the meat have changed this much... What happened? Has the cooking method changed? It was a very disappointing meal even though I had been going there for 4 years.
