As a girl born and raised in Jeddah and a regular customer to Twina Jeddah Branch. I was amazed when I heard that Twina seafood opened its doors in Riyadh and came all the way from Dubai to give it a try and my Goodness the food is breathtaking and spectacular. The grilled parrot fish grilled on charcoal was super juicy and the grilled prawns were magnificent! A must visit restaurant if you want to try the Saudi seafood done right ! Additionally I was impressed by the prices 50% cheaper than Jeddah branch ! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SAR 200+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a great experience at the Jeddah branch the food was delicious, the service was fast, and the staff were professional and friendly. Unfortunately, my experience at the Riyadh branch was completely different and very disappointing. The service was extremely poor, and none of the staff seemed to know how to properly deal with customers. Every time I spoke to someone, they would leave and never come back My order was delayed for more than an hour, while customers who arrived at the same time as me and even after me received their orders before I did. What frustrated me the most was that once I asked them to cancel my order, suddenly my food arrived within five minutes, Why does a customer have to reach that level of frustration before the order gets handled? The service was honestly very disappointing, and even the quality of the seafood was average definitely not the same quality as the Jeddah branch.
