We like to say any review is a good review because it gives us the opportunity to respond in detail to the concerns addressed. 1. You first addressed the layout of the store. With the limited space we have available in our small building, we have provided, not one but TWO enter/exits, which we pointed out when you ordered. These serve adequately as fire exits, one of which is located directly adjacent to the register mentioned. 2. You have also mentioned our pastry case and the risk of flies. What you have not addressed is that our bakery case is properly sealed from both sides, only opening when we grab a pastry. While we would love for flies to respect our human spaces, but when someone enters through our doors, like yourself, they have a chance to enter as well. Please know we are aware of flying insects and address them properly in good timing. 3. As for our coffee, we understand if specialty grade organic coffee properly weighed by every shot is not your preference. There are at least three more lovely coffee shops in walking distance which would love your business as well. Have a wonderful day! More
