Food trailer. Wonderful sandwiches and wraps, plenty seating and parking. Seating is all outdoor, but covered. We had the TBA wrap and the Cubano sandwich. TBA was very good and Cubano exceptional, using pulled pork and mildly sweet mustard made it unique with familiar flavors. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I'm not one to leave reviews, but wanted to be transparent as Rifle has a diverse community of hispanic folks. I wanted to give this place a try because my co workers had raved about it. Just for context, I am Hispanic and look very much so. I pulled up an hour before the time they close google states. The two gals didn't greet me at the window and just looked at me like i was from another planet didnt ask how i was doing, I had to prompt and say myself "hi how are you" which is already poor service from the getgo. I stayed a few minutes after I got my order, saw a white gentleman around my age pick up his order and clearly heard the two gals warmly greet him and ask him how he was doing.. It's sad and extremely disheartening that people still act like this in 2026, just because another individual looks different than those they surround themselves look like. Not sure if ill be coming back after this experience, it seems like this is pattern here in the city of Rifle. Very unfortunate. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
