Have been here a few times now, usually in a pinch, and get a croissant or two. They have been ok at best, today they were actually worse than the frozen-thawed ones Starbucks or most other places sell. Dry and underbaked. Service is always slow. I like to support small businesses, but the quality and price mismatch is just too great. Would love to support the business if the quality comes up. The pastry is simply first class. Frozen and baked on site croissants--by far more prevalent than you would think-are no match for these light and flakey masterpieces. This is why croissants became famous. Treat yourself to the real deal and enjoy. Food: 5 Service: 5

I love Fresh Baked tarts and croissants and the coffee! I am now able to share these delicious treats with my staff and guests at our hotel! They have all raved about them and the fresh amazing coffee! Christina has been amazing to work with, I highly recommend for corporate treats to impress your clients and staff, they will be so happy with the luxury of Fresh Baked treats! The customer service is 5 star! Thank you fresh baked brookfield!!!!
