The manager is very rude, I don’t suggest giving this place any business because they do not value their customers. I was yelled at over the phone by the manager after respectfully making a request regarding an order. I give this place business at least once a week (not anymore). My family has owned a small business for 25 years and our number one value is customer service and treating our customers with respect, as it should be. Reevaluate your management and customer service, UHOP.

I like their food, they have good quality. BUT they have a delivery driver who is VERY rude to customers and I would not like to have him giving this bad image of UHOP. I have met other drivers and they are not as impatient and rude. Just witness him yelling, and threatening a customer. Someone like that should not be the face of no business. If you want food, just like he told the customer "GO GET IT YOURSELF AT THE RESTAURANT"

Should be called the University House of Everything — if you want it, they’ve got it! Plus the service is great, and the owner is an awesome woman. Make this a regular stop
