Fantastic experience, excellent service and trained staff. We chose the tasting based on seven courses created by the chef with the addition of 16 pieces of sushi. The staff explained to us in detail the composition of each dish. The quality is very high. At the end we also ate the dessert, included in the tasting menu, which in addition to being very good also had its scenic effect. Excellent value for money. I recommend it to everybody!! I had an incredible evening at Ume Sushi Garden and I want to share my experience! The service was five star - the staff was super friendly and attentive. The venue is super chic and welcoming, the atmosphere perfect. Everything was clean and tidy which made the experience even more enjoyable. Now, let's get to the food: WOW! The Wagyumafia was the highlight. The wagyu burger melted in your mouth, and was a real explosion of flavours. Tokyo-Valencia is also an explosion of flavours, combining Japanese flavors with Valencian paella. In short, Ume Sushi Garden is a must for those who love good food and want to have an experience immersed in fusion. I can't wait to go back to try more piattu! 5 stars without a doubt.
