No service, the worst travel experience I booked a room with this hotel but had to cancel almost immediately due to a change in plans—two weeks before the check-in date. To my shock, they charged me 100% of the booking cost, even though I canceled well in advance. It’s extremely unfair and feels like pure robbery. Many reputable hotels offer some level of flexibility, especially for cancellations made so far ahead of time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values transparency and reasonable policies. They seem more interested in keeping your money than providing good customer service. Travelers beware! upd. I have no objection to their cancellation policy itself. The real issue is that they’re dishonest about it. They claim they "cannot" do a free cancellation, when the truth is that they simply "do not want to." My cancellation was made just an hour after booking and a full two weeks before check-in. Also, they only allow check-in at 7:00 PM, which adds to the inconvenience. "However, we find it quite unfair to receive a negative review from someone who has never even stayed at our hotel." However, is it fair to take money from someone who will not even be staying at your hotel? Service: 1

Pleasant experience, good comfy rooms with all you gonna need, nice view, market is 1km away and shopping mall is right next to the hotel. There is lots of parking space around hotel. Service: 4
