The bar is downstairs one level from the street. The decor is fantastic, and after a day of sight-seeing my husband and I wanted to have a beer before dinner. We arrived when the bar opened at 6pm and it was empty. Ordered a beer and the bartender told us it would be a ¥700 fee per person! We decided we did not want to pay over ¥1500 for one beer each and left. Beware the table fee! Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
