With the amazing view on 54th floor, Uno Mars impressed me so fabulously, staff service is beyond expectations, price is way to low if comparing to food quality, especially Gambas Al Ajillo. Centara Grand’s Spanish restaurant is definitely worth a visit if you’re craving bold Spanish flavors that suit the Thai palate. The luxurious setting paired with breathtaking views of Bangkok makes it a perfect spot for a memorable meal. My friend and I went there for dinner, arriving just in time to catch the sunset. We got to enjoy two vibes—daylight transitioning into a gorgeous nighttime cityscape. The paella was delicious, and every dish we tried was on point. The only downside was that the food took a bit longer than expected to arrive. We kicked off with a bottle of red wine and, after dinner, moved to the bar for cocktails. The cocktails were top-notch, and the bartender was knowledgeable. The staff also mentioned they have a champagne bar upstairs, so we’re definitely coming back to check it out next time! Suckling pig is very good, crispy and soft. You can cut it yourself and throw it on a plate. Impressive. Delicious paella, fresh shrimp, very crispy and bouncy. Excellent bread Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
