The hotel itself is wonderful, I spent every weekend there. From July 27 to 28 I booked a room for two. I forgot my passport and said I’ll come and bring it in a couple of hours, and asked for a second person to move in for now. The administrator (or whoever she is, the girl who greets guests at the reception) Gulnaz began to argue, be insolent, and ask where I was taking the passport from. The tone and temperature of communication were extremely heated and were not in the mood for greeting and goodwill towards the client. She promised that with such demands they wouldn’t check me into any of the hotels)). We safely went to another hotel, after which she began to write to me on WhatsApp and argue that nothing like this had happened. For me, it is unacceptable how management allows such an incompetent employee to work. Never set foot here again, of course. “The customer is always right” is a concept that is unfamiliar to the hotel. Service: 1

They did not accept foreign guests because of a lap dog, 15 cm at the withers. All over the world, people have no problem traveling with an animal, but not here. Service: 1
