Fast service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are democratic. FLUFFY donut hole I’ve never even heard of such a thing, she had me try one and words can’t even explain how good it was and on top of that they always put a donut hole in every bag you get and that’s just amazing 1000000/10 I will never go to any other donut shop again, and the lady was so sweet I wish I would of got her name!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We’ve been coming here for a while, and the experience really depends on who’s working. The girls are always great — friendly, consistent, and the sandwiches are made with a good amount of meat. However, when a younger male employee is there, the portions are completely different. We’ve been told we’d have to pay extra for meat without it being clearly explained, and ended up with sandwiches that literally have one piece of meat. It feels cheap and really disappointing. Even when we’ve agreed to “extra meat,” it still doesn’t compare to how other staff make it. There’s just no consistency or communication. On a positive note, it is nice during the summer since they keep the place cool with the AC. At this point, we’ll probably stop coming for ourselves, though we may still bring our daughter since she enjoys it. Hoping management can work on consistency. Place has great sandwiches but the rate they have gone up in price is crazy! They used to be like $4.50 for the bacon egg and cheese and now they're over $7! I used to love coming here for the great price and quality but now they cost just as much as other places closer to me. Just got my order and I remember the sandwiches being HEFTY the last time I came a couple months ago and they are so skimpy now!!! I could have spend $10 for a better bigger sandwhich at another local shop.... so dissapointed. They could have at least kept the portions the same since they increased the price. Not to mention the $1 fee for using card or tap to pay. Feel like I got robbed considering how often I used to come.. Food: 4 Service: 5
