We were sat immediately..atmosohere was cool. I Had the black UT. Honestly it was ok. I would have preferred it was served hot. The broth wasn't anything outstanding. I've had better. The chicken was so salty I didn't finish it. My friend enjoyed his miso ramen and pot stickers. The kids serving us was nice. Plenty of parking. It was ok but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to try again. Meal type: Dinner

As soon as you walk in, you feel a welcoming atmosphere. The server made great recommendations. I had the Spicy ramen bowl - it had the perfect spice level and jam packed with flavorful spoonfuls of broth. They had mention the ramen was made in house and fresh. Upgrade to the pork belly chasu it elevates the umami level. To balance out a flavorful meal the Sparkling Yuzu is a remarkable palette cleanser. If you’ve been to Japan, you’ll know that UT Craft Ramen has extremely authentic. Highly recommend adding the pork belly. Probably the most delicious pork belly I’ve had anywhere. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
