I can say with absolute certainty that I ate one of the best pizzas in recent years. Tasty dough and carefully managed during leavening. Not salty. Top quality ingredients used. Really a light pizza full of flavor. We went to the villa for a walk and didn't feel any heaviness on our stomach. Symptom of a product worked properly with top quality products. We took the real pizza, delicious and plentiful. The flavors were authentic and the quality of the ingredients could be felt in every bite. The waiters were kind and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant. Highly recommended for lovers of good pizza! I visited Uanema recently and, unfortunately, I can't say I was particularly satisfied with the experience. The pizza wasn't bad, with good dough and fresh ingredients, but nothing particularly memorable. The real disappointment, however, was the log, which was served to me differently from the order taken, but they made up for it by giving me the right one I ordered, and they left me the wrong log telling me that I could taste it and that they would bring me the right one, but in the end both were raw, so that type of serving needs to be improved (see video). Furthermore, the service leaves a lot to be desired. The wait staff appeared disorganised, I noticed that other tables also seemed to be having the same problems. The atmosphere of the place may be pleasant, but with such poor service, it is difficult to fully appreciate it. In summary, I think there is potential, the service should be improved and more attention should be paid to the details of the dishes to offer a truly pleasant experience.
