If you used to love Apostrophe in Shahrak-e Gharb, you'll be happy to know the original chef is back—and the food is every bit as good as you remember. This is the kind of place that reminds you what authentic Turkish cuisine should taste like. Every dish is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The attention to detail is evident, from the perfectly cooked meats to the fresh bread and balanced flavors. Beyond the food. It's not easy to find Turkish food of this quality in Tehran, but Üregil absolutely delivers. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be coming back.
