If you are exploring the historic Bikan Quarter, this charming coffee shop is an absolute must-visit. It has a wonderful, nostalgic Showa-era vibe that instantly makes you feel welcome. The cafe is run by a lovely mother and daughter duo who speak English fluently, making it incredibly easy to connect. I had a great time chatting with them while enjoying a delicious cup of coffee. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting. As a delightful bonus, you might get to meet Maya, their sweet resident cat.
