I recently placed an order that was supposed to include 16 coconut buns, but unfortunately only 8 were received. This was disappointing, especially since there doesn’t appear to be a phone number or direct way to contact the store to resolve the issue. I understand mistakes can happen, but better quality control and a clear method for customer support would really improve the experience. I hope this can be addressed for future orders.
