I visited after booking a table about a week in advance. Since this place is frequently packed to capacity, securing a reservation beforehand is definitely your safest bet. It is a genuine slice of heaven where you can start wining and dining from as early as 9:00 AM. Looking back at my old logs, this was my first return in three years. The Menu for the Day:. Grilled Choshu Chicken Thigh with Early Summer Delicacies & KAJIYA FARM Herb Salad: ¥3,800. Fresh Mushrooms from Hiroshima’s "YY Mash House" with a Poached Egg & Yoshida Farm Cheese Salad: ¥2,800. White Peach and Gorgonzola Cheese Gratin: ¥1,800. Fluffy Baked Omelet Loaded with Kale from Kajiya Farm: ¥1,850. The execution of every single dish is incredibly high-caliber, delivering a deep sense of satisfaction no matter what you choose. They use Kajiya Farm's famous herbs without a shred of stinginess; the vibrant, aromatic freshness of the greenery beautifully elevates the entire flavor profile of the meal. Because the menu relies so heavily on fresh, bountiful vegetables, you can eat your fill without ever feeling weighed down. There is a beautiful, clean lightness to the finish that leaves absolutely no heavy aftertaste. An establishment where you can indulge in top-tier culinary creations and fine alcohol from the morning hours is exceptionally rare.
