I'm far from home and started CRAVING some of my staple Asian cuisine, and while it's nearly impossible to find that in the Yucatan, what I will say is Umami Bao absolutely found a unique approach and the food is EXCELLENT. It's a bit pricey, but it definitely hits the spot. The umami fries are so good I have to order two every time, and the Bao burger is excellent. Gets me some of that panko crunch in my life. Very good option if you want some grub, you won't be disappointed. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
