Absolutely disappointed by this place. I door-dashed this place and they sent me a photo of my bag with my name and correct receipt, just to cancel my order 2 minutes later by saying they’re closed despite the dasher already having my order and being on the way. The customer service is all AI and no one was able to help. This place is clearly a poorly run ghost kitchen. Do not go here if you’re looking to actually get your food. Hi Mbc, we're very sorry for the frustrating experience you had. We understand how disappointing it is to receive a confirmation and then have your order canceled unexpectedly. That isn't the experience we want anyone to have. We'd like to look into what happened with your order and see how we can make this right. Please reach out to us directly with your order details, and we'll investigate the issue with our team and delivery partner. Thank you for bringing this to our attention—we appreciate the opportunity to improve.
