Visited Umami in Stuttgart and had a really enjoyable experience. The restaurant has a modern yet cozy atmosphere that makes it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Even though it can get busy, the service remained friendly and efficient throughout our visit. The highlight was definitely the ramen. The broth was rich, flavorful, and tasted like it had been prepared with care. The noodles had a great texture and paired well with the toppings. Portions were satisfying without feeling too heavy. We also appreciated that there were different options available, including choices for different preferences. Presentation was clean and appealing, and the overall dining experience felt well thought out. The staff were welcoming and happy to answer questions about the menu. Location is convenient if you’re already in the city center, which makes it easy to visit for lunch or dinner. I can understand why this place is popular among ramen lovers in Stuttgart.
