I hand't been in Sendai for 20 years, and gooing back, I really wanted to try the Guy Tan again... Umami Tasuke was THE place that made my day : the set menu is simple yet efficient : you chose the amount ( 3 / 4 / 5 slices) of meat, and they cook it right in front of you. It served with rice and Oxtail/leek soup + some tsukemono. The atmosphere is that of an "afterwork" : relaxed, easy to chat with your neighbours and with the restaurant team. I would definitely go back, hopefully in less than 20 years from now ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Vegetarian options: this is a meat place :)
