A truly wonderful experience at Umenoya, perfect mix of Nordic local produce in Japanese dishes. The dishes were well thought through and highlighted some very interesting taste combinations. We paired the dishes with the wine pairing which elevated the experience even more for us. If you’re ever in the mood for some authentic Japanese cuisine with a Nordic touch this is the place for you. With only 15 seats in the restaurant it gives a very nice ambiance feeling and opens up to get closer to both Chef, staff and other diners at the same time.
