There’s not many places in Adelaide that do a really good traditional Hainanese Chicken Rice. So it’s always great to pop in to Uncle’s and have some great food. The portions aren’t huge. But the quality is supreme. I think the waiting time would average out to 6-8 minutes because the food is made to order and the place can get pretty full. Would give it 5 stars for being authentic and except that they are not consistent. Sometimes the rice is overcooked, sometimes there is too much sauce with the noodles.
