This was by far the BEST escovitch fried snapper i have had in south Florida. I'm pescatarian and have tasted snapper from many restaurants. This was truly amazing. Very flavorful, great size fish, and the rice and peas and salad were also great! Highly recommend!! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Hidden gem! Talk about authentic home cooked Jamaican food. This is it! The restaurant has a modern yet traditional feel. I ordered a large curry chicken and a large oxtail (the large is enough to serve for lunch and dinner) both were exceptional. You could taste that it was well seasoned, cooked with passion. Uncle Phil's is IT. This restaurant has the potential to be the best Jamaican restaurant South Florida has to offer. Can't wait to go again.
