Was going to try it out but they took orders from two people behind me first You need to know vietnamese and yelling your order out loud to get order first

Old school Cantonese/Teochew BBQ place that sells roast duck and pork. They also do a variety of soy sauce meats and duck parts. This is one of the few good places that has both good roast duck and pig that are not overly salty. They do mostly take out business and operates more like a deli Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Spiced Pork Feet, Soy Sauce Chicken, Roast Duck, Salad Pig Ears, BBQ Pork, BBQ Spareribs

I discovered Uncle Quan's Kitchen while searching for a place that had steamed pork buns. Steamed pork buns are among my favorite foods. They are wonderful when prepared well, but profoundly disappointing when they are not. I'm usually pretty skeptical when I try them from a new place. I am thrilled to say these steamed pork buns were amazing. They were about twice as large as any other steamed pork bun I've had in the area, but were priced reasonably. These buns had clearly been made by hand and not from a mold; they weren't as "pretty" as others I've had, but they were so delicious the appearance was completely irrelevant. I'm fond of places that don't use a mold. A lot of times there is so much bun that the flavor of the filling more or less disappears. Not the case at this place. The taste of the savory filling came through in each bite. Another sign of how fresh these buns are is the absence of that almost rubbery texture you sometimes get with steamed pork buns. The texture of these buns, though, was perfect. Writing thus review has my mouth watering. I know what I'll be having for lunch tomorrow.
