Discovered this very cool wine bar in Olympia after a stop at Swing Wine Bar Cafe. Uncork and unwind is in a very cool old house, with different indoor and outdoor layers, a variety of seating, adults only, tons of character. Very generous cheeseboard. The owner is wonderful and friendly, goes around to all the tables and says hi, checks in. They sell some incredible truffles there, chocolate truffles, we had a Cabernet one and a coconut one and they were both fabulous! Paired the Cabernet one with some Malbec when we got home and wow wow. Highly recommend this place!
