The owner reached out to me shortly after the review to reassure that's not how they do business and I was refunded. I'll go back for another try because the hotdog is actually the appropriate sized dog! The counter girl didn't even acknowledge me to place my order. I believe the ladies that were in front of me left for that very reason. I asked for a hotdog with fries, cheese and jalapeño. She has been on her phone the whole time. She gives me my food, no cheese sauce. I asked for it again, and she literally just stared at me. She takes my food and covers the fries in cheese. Didn't even look at me as she handed my food back. I'm like, sorry to inconvenience you! Which I did not say. I stayed polite. Get to work and my 1st bite ,the bun is soooo stale and hard, and my hot dog is cold! I had to microwave the dog for it to be edible. Extreme disappointment. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1
