I had catfish and grits. The grits was creamy buttery and hearty. The catfish was flaky and tender as soon your bite into it it melts in your mouth. I ate the whole plate before I can leave a reveiw that how good it was. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner

I visited Underground Diner last night and had a great experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. I was going to get wings and a waffle but they didnt have any at the moment . So I got a steak and eggs and grits . I also got a long Island ice tea. Now baby when I tell you I only needed one to make me feel great . The bartender did that. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I met the owner and she was nice . Also there was this guy outside promoting he was doing a GREAT job. The atmosphere was comfortable and enjoyable, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. I would definitely recommend Underground Diner to anyone looking for good food and excellent customer service. I look forward to visiting again! The only down side I had was that with the chicken and waffles. Its chicken tenders instead of the wings. Alot of places do that which I dont like. As a wing fanatic wings taste great with waffles and syrup . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $10–20 Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu
