On June 27, 2020 I had asked Undos to cater our 50th Anniversary dinner. Not only did they arrive early, set up efficiently and attractively, but I had asked to employ servers on our buffet table due to the corona virus precautions. They were all respectful of my requests and followed sanitary measures to protect our guests.They paid attention to our guests needs and were all mannerly and gracious. The food was all that I expected, delicious. The pot roast as the best beef I have ever been served. Everything ordered was perfect. Of course, Undos bread is always a hit with that garlic butter. Clean up was done quietly and they consulted me before leaving to see if anything else was needed. From the beginning, Gigi and Jen in the office were very helpful. The delivery and set up...Chuck and Mark very efficient! Servers: Dawn, Amanda, Blaine ( forgive misspellings) were more than I expected. We hired Undos off of National road to do the catering for our wedding rehearsal dinner. We ordered the chicken parm as one of our main dishes. Two of the three trays of food were cooked in oil that had previously been cooked with fish so our chicken tasted like FISH! The staff that was there helping with the dinner was helpful and asked if we would like them to make new food, but it would be a while. On a separate occasion while visiting the hostess told us that it would be a 15minute wait for a table even though there were plenty available and directed us to sit at the bar. After a few minutes another couple walked in and was promptly given a booth. I tried the special of the day which was a steak, it came out over cooked and tough. My wifes steak was charred black and inedible. This place needs a fix
