An unforgettable experience, the name truly says it all. Every dish was a surprise, with unusual yet perfectly balanced combinations of sweet, salty, and sour flavors, just UMAMI. We were genuinely curious & excited to discover each new plate on the way. The creativity behind every course made the entire tasting menu a journey, and each presentation was explained with professionalism and passion, allowing us to fully appreciate the story behind every dish. What made the evening even also special was Vittoria, the sweet smily sommelier. She was incredibly pro, warm, and full of positive energy. You could immediately feel her passion for her work. She made us feel welcome, offered thoughtful & useful wine recommendations, and connected with us in such a natural and friendly way that she truly elevated the entire experience.
