It’s good. I had the Truffle Steak Benedict for breakfast. I would have to say this was the most delicious Benedict I’ve ever had. I didn’t expect the steak to be so soft yet tender, rich with taste, mixed with the drip of the egg yolk and the sauce they put on it with the bread and everything. It was like a taste symphony playing, triggered with black coffee. Just by thinking about it, I think I need to go back and eat that dish again. It’s a high-end breakfast dish for me, price-wise, but I feel a steak dish anywhere would cost about that or even more. I would have to say the potato was slightly salty for me, and I told them. They gave me extra hash as service, which was nice. Great service. I need to go back. I’ve had the Chipotle Benedict here before and that was good, but I think nothing would top this Truffle Steak Benedict. I don’t know what this experience was, but it was like some food movie moment. For me it was like a kind of breakfast symphony, with a sip of black coffee that triggers it all or something. Unsure I need to go back. Next time I might also add some Sriracha sauce for spice, and maybe banana slices for sweet? Yeah, I think I’m recreating the symphony in my head now. This obsession with food is nuts. Sometimes I feel like I consume today just to consume again tomorrow hahaha. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I can’t express enough how freaking delicious my meal was and I enjoyed it so much I took my bf the very next day. I did order the same thing as the day prior and there was definitely consistency! The portions were massive and the food was very cheap for the way they throw it down in the kitchen! My first time in Boston and I was not disappointed with this breakfast spot! A true perfect hybrid of classic American diner fare and Korean variety, as bizarre as that might sound! The chef clearly cares about both quality and the vibe, with unusually ‘normal’ (as in non-hostile) service, excellent coffee and beverages. While there’s a strong Korean influence, @union really strikes a great balance in its wide range of menu items. Unique and in my experiences there, delightful.
