This bar and Carmel Arts and Design District can be both really attractive for tourists. The chef at Union Brewing Company cooks good pizza. It's nice to taste delicious draft beer, stout or cask ale.
Live music is played by musicians in the evening. The cheerful staff at this place can show how much they value their guests. The enjoyable service is something these restaurateurs care about. There is a quiet atmosphere and modern decor at this spot. Google users awarded this bar 4.3.

This location states it is kid and dog friendly. Far from the truth. Additionally this is a tap room, not a brewery. Nothing is their own.

Love this place! The best part about UBC is their outdoor area. It's a huge space with tons of seating and tables. Also, the area backs up to the Monon trail, so you can drink a beer and watch all the people go by on the Monon! I could sit out there for hours; it's such a nice, laid back atmosphere. The beer is good! Cask beer is Union Brewing's specialty. Cask means the beer undergoes some of the fermentation in a barrel. It's less carbonated than normal beer and has a slightly different taste. I tried their Red Irish Ale on cask. It wasn't for me, but I tried their Tropicannon IPA (New England IPA) and Raspberry Shandy. Both were FANTASTIC! I also tried a can of cider. Although the cider was not brewed at Union Brewing, it was absolutely delicious! I had a great experience at Union Brewing! If you've never been, Union Brewing Company is definitely worth a visit!
