I visited for an early lunch and ordered the Yunion Special, a large Hiroshima-style serving. I sat at the counter, so I could watch the cooking process right in front of me. Although it didn't have much sauce and had a simple visual appearance, it was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, making it very delicious.
